While we endeavor to select reputable suppliers and leverage our partnership with Legato to provide you with the best possible travel experience, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or any failure to provide services by these third-party suppliers or by Legato. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge our agency relationship with Legato and understand that any claims or disputes regarding travel services should be directed to the respective third-party supplier or to Legato, as appropriate.
